Renewal of License

Requirements of Applicant for License Renewal

     1. To be an ordinary member
     2. To be a legitimate holder of a Social Work Professional License

The Application for License Renewal can be divided into 2 cases as follows:

1) The Application for License Renewal before the Expiration of the License: An applicant from this group has to meet some requirements, which can be divided into 2 eligible groups (Please select one requirement only):
     • To be completely 60 years old; or
     • To pass the evaluation of continuing educational credits.
     Once you have met either requirement, please apply for license renewal through One Platform Application.

2) The Application for License Renewal after the Expiration of the License: An applicant from this group has to meet some requirements for license renewal, which can be divided into 3 eligible groups (Please select one requirement only):
     • To be completely 60 years old; or
     • To pass writing examinations of 2 subjects; or
     • To pass the evaluation of Continuing educational credits and the interview.
     Once you have met any requirement, please submit the application for registration and receive the license (in case the license has expired) through One Platform Application.
