1. Ordinary Members

Required Documents
1) A copy of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (Social Administration);
2) A copy of a Thai identification card;
3) A copy of the house registration;
4) A current photo: a head-centered, facing forward, not wearing a hat or glasses;
5) A medical certificate; and
6) A copy of the name or surname change certificate (if any).

Membership Initiation Fee: 100 Baht
Annual Maintenance Fee (Please Select One Option):
- 1 Year: 200 Baht;
- 5 Years: 1,000 Baht; or
- Lifelong: 2,000 Baht (for a member whose age is 65 years or upwards)

2. Extraordinary Members

Please fill out the So Wo Cho So. 10 Form: Application for Extraordinary Membership: Click Here, and submit it to the Social Work Professions Council via [email protected]

Required Documents
1) Certificate of Organization Establishment;
2) A copy of Certificate of Organization Establishment; and
3) A copy of the house registration of the office of the organization.
Membership Initiation Fee: 100 Baht
Annual Maintenance Fee (Please Select One Option):
- 1 Year: 200 Baht; or
- 5 Years: 1,000 Baht

3. Associate Members

Please fill out the So Wo Cho So. 11 Form: Application for Associate Membership: Click Here , and submit it to the Social Work Professions Council via [email protected]

Required Documents
1) A certificate of study in Social Work;
2) A copy of a Thai identification card or an identification card issued by state authorities;
3) A copy of the house registration;
4) A current photo: a head-centered, facing forward, not wearing a hat or glasses;
5) A copy of the name or surname change certificate (if any), and
6) A proof of money transfer.
Membership Initiation Fee: 100 Baht
Annual Maintenance Fee (Please Select One Option):
- 1 Year: 200 Baht; or
- 5 Years: 1,000 Baht

4. Honorary Members

The name and profile of a nominated expert shall be submitted to the Social Work Professions Council Committee for its consideration and approval.
Upon approval by the Committee, the Social Work Professions Council will send an invitation letter to the nominee.

Required Document
The nomination of an honorable member does not require any documents. Upon the Committee’s approval, the Social Work Professions Council will send an invitation letter and acceptance form to the nominee.
There is no Membership Initiation Fee or Annual Maintenance Fee
